Monthly service charge

We set it with you after your first few days live, from your real message volume. You never pay for a size somebody guessed.
WhatsApp messages
PKR 5 to 6 each, never above PKR 6WhatsApp charges businesses for the messages they send. We cover that charge and bill you a flat PKR 5 to 6 for every message your agent sends: replies, order confirmations and follow-ups. Messages your customers send you cost nothing.
It sits on the same bill as everything else. Nothing arrives separately from Meta.
One month's notice. Always.
If a rate ever has to change, the service charge or the message rate, we tell you in writing at least one month before it reaches your bill. You will never open an invoice and find a surprise.

Why don't you publish a price list?

What counts as a message?
Every message your agent sends on WhatsApp: a reply, an order confirmation, a follow-up. Messages your customers send to you are not charged.
Do I pay Meta separately?
No. We pay Meta for your messages and you get one bill from us, at PKR 5 to 6 per message, never above PKR 6.
How is the monthly service charge decided?
After your first few days live, from your real volume. Then it is fixed, and it only changes with one month's written notice.
Can I stop?
Yes, at the end of any billing month. The bill is due at the start of each month, and part-months are not refunded.
Kya rate kabhi badal sakta hai?
Agar kabhi koi rate badalna pare, to hum aap ko kam az kam aik mahina pehle likh kar batate hain. Message ka rate PKR 6 se upar nahi jata.
